Look 3 TG
A tour guide system that runs on Look 3 tablets. The guide speaks into one tablet, and every visitor in the group hears the guide on their own tablet. Each tablet shows a live transcription of what the guide says and translates it live into the visitor's language. Everything runs on the tablets, so the system works fully offline.
API for visitor apps
The Look 3 TG was made for integrating into visitor APKs. Software providers in our partner network use its API to add live audio, transcription, translation and remote triggering to the visitor apps they build for your venue.
Tour guide mode
The guide speaks into the guide tablet, and every tablet in the group plays the guide's voice live. Visitors listen through the tablet's speaker or through headphones.
Remote triggering
The guide sends prepared messages to every tablet in the group with one tap. A message can hold audio, images, a map or a meeting time, and it opens on the visitors' tablets right away.
Live transcription
Every tablet in the group shows the guide's words as text while the guide speaks. Visitors who are hard of hearing, or who stand at the back of a noisy room, can follow every word.
Live translation
Each visitor chooses a language on their tablet and reads the guide's words translated live. The number of languages is unlimited, so one guide can lead a group whose visitors speak many different languages.
Works fully offline
Speech recognition and translation run on the tablets themselves. The system needs no internet connection, so tours keep working in basements, caves, gardens and other places without coverage. Nothing the guide says is sent to a cloud service.
Look2MDM
Install and update the tour guide app or your own APK on one tablet or the whole fleet with Look2MDM. Kiosk mode keeps visitors in the app, and you can check the status of every tablet.
