Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Look2Innovate SA ("we", "us"), 10B route d'Arlon, 7471 Saeul, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, collects and uses personal information through look2innovate.com (the "Website"). We are the controller of this information under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact: sales@look2innovate.com, +352 497 420 40.
Information we collect
Information you send us: when you email, call, or message us on WhatsApp (for sales, support, or a job application), we receive your name, contact details, and whatever you choose to include in your message or attachments.
Order information: when you buy TWIST HiFi headphones, our payment provider Stripe collects your name, email, billing and shipping address, customer type, and payment details. We receive the order details. We never see or store your full card number.
Technical information: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request to deliver and secure the Website. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and clicks. Both work without cookies and do not build cross-site profiles.
Cookies
We set one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your language. It is set from your browser's language for the current session, or for up to one year when you pick a language in the language menu. It is strictly necessary for that feature. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages to process payments and prevent fraud.
How we use information
We use personal information to answer your questions, provide quotes and support, process and deliver orders and handle returns, review job applications, run and secure the Website, understand which pages are useful, and meet legal, tax, and accounting duties.
Our legal bases under the GDPR are: performing a contract or taking steps at your request before one (orders, quotes, support), our legitimate interests (answering enquiries, running and improving the Website, security), compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting records), and your consent (only for keeping a job application longer).
Giving us personal information is voluntary, but we need your contact details to answer you and your order details to deliver an order. We do not make decisions about you based only on automated processing.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who process it for us under contract: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Cloudflare (analytics), Stripe (payments), our email and messaging providers, and shipping carriers for orders. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Stripe also uses payment data as an independent controller, for example to prevent fraud and meet its legal duties. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
International transfers
Vercel, Cloudflare, Stripe, and WhatsApp (Meta) process data in the United States. All four are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has found to give adequate protection.
How long we keep information
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship. We keep order and invoice records for 10 years after the end of the financial year they belong to, as Luxembourg accounting law requires. We delete unsuccessful job applications within 6 months unless you agree to a longer period. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Our host keeps request logs, including IP addresses, only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting, and then deletes them automatically. Vercel discards its analytics visitor hash after 24 hours. Cloudflare keeps raw analytics events for 7 days and after that only aggregated counts that cannot identify you.
Your rights
You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format.
To use these rights, email sales@look2innovate.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to your local data protection authority or to Luxembourg's Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD).
Children
The Website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
