Audio Equipment Technician
Saeul, Luxembourg
Help prepare, maintain and support the audio guides, tour guide systems and tablets used by museums and exhibitions. This is a practical role based at our workshop in Saeul, Luxembourg.
What you'll do
- Prepare and test equipment for rental and sales projects, including charging, configuration and audio content loading.
- Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and check that equipment works correctly before it returns to service.
- Inspect returned equipment and keep clear records of repairs, spare parts and stock.
- Support equipment installations and help customers resolve technical issues.
- Work with the operations team to get complete, tested equipment ready for dispatch.
What we're looking for
- Practical experience with electronics, audio equipment or IT hardware, gained through work, training or personal projects.
- A methodical approach to troubleshooting and careful work with tools and small components.
- Comfort using computers to configure devices, update software and keep service records.
- Reliability, attention to detail and the ability to organise your work within a small team.
- Comfortable communicating in French or English; knowledge of the other language is an advantage.
- Experience with soldering, AV installations or managing a fleet of devices is a plus.
