Return policy

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to physical goods bought online from Look2Innovate SA by consumers in the European Union. A consumer is an individual buying for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. Business purchases follow the return terms agreed in the contract.

Your 14-day right to withdraw

You can cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receive the goods. If items from one order arrive separately, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.

If the withdrawal deadline falls on a non-working day, it extends to the next working day.

Send us a clear statement that you wish to withdraw before the deadline. Email info@look2innovate.com or write to Look2Innovate SA, 10B route d'Arlon, 7471 Saeul, Luxembourg. Include your name and order number if available. You may use the optional form below, but you do not have to. No prior approval is required to exercise this right.

Sending the goods back

Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us that you wish to withdraw. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before those 14 days expire.

Return address: Look2Innovate SA, 10B route d'Arlon, 7471 Saeul, Luxembourg, unless we give you another return address. Pack the goods securely, include the supplied accessories, and keep proof of dispatch. Use the original packaging if available; it is not a condition of your withdrawal right.

Return shipping costs

You pay the direct cost of return shipping and packaging when you return goods because you have changed your mind. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, contact us before sending them back so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and necessary return shipping at our expense.

Condition of returned goods

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are responsible only for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection. If that happens, we may deduct the actual loss in value from your refund.

Refunds

We reimburse you without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

If you withdraw from the whole order, the refund includes the purchase price and any standard outbound delivery charge you paid. Additional charges for a delivery option more expensive than our least expensive standard service are not refunded. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.

We use the same payment method as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged a refund fee.

Personalised goods and faulty goods

The change-of-mind withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This exception does not remove your rights if those goods are faulty or do not match the order.

The 14-day withdrawal period does not limit your statutory rights for faulty goods. EU consumers have a legal guarantee of at least two years from delivery. Any repair, replacement or other remedy due under that guarantee, including necessary return shipping, is provided at no cost to you. Any additional mandatory rights under applicable law also remain in force.
